Restore parks (Western MA), as well as statewide. Implement volunteer / state funded restoration and maintenance of park trails, waterways, swim areas, bike trails, campsites and other outdoor facilities. Resolve issue of logging on state park land. Especially condition of Windsor Jambs location.
Why is this important?
Parks are a part of local recreation, income, and tourism. For 7 years these, especially western MA, have been closed and are in a state of severe neglect. The trees in some of these parks are old growth pine and spruce, which carry a high price in the lumber market
